I didn't have cookie cutters, but I didn't let that stop me from making disfigured little golems.

Part Cs, we're proud of you.

(I remember getting really excited prior to our decision last year.)

I honestly think you guys can make it. There's only force of habit and nine days left of 2009 that's keeping me from thinking of you officially as Part Ds; I can look at you and see sec fours and damn, that's one of the best rewards you can get from your part, intended or not. I have faith in you guys, maybe not as much faith in the year and the generation to come and the changes in school, but there is something that lets us get through stuff like that and look back on it, and I believe you guys have that in you.

I will see y'all around next year, and it hasn't been easy having you as a part, but seriously? Letting go last night was the hardest. Not last training, not ORD, not any of those company events post-ORD while we were still in school. Last night, you became NCOs, and that was our final, real cue to leave. Not just to leave the company, but to leave the eight of you as our part.

Stick together. Rank's a piece of cloth; running the company is important, but don't lose sight of what you're doing it for - and it's certainly not to forsake three years of blood, sweat, and tears to become colleagues, collaborating in command, but not together at all. Just make sure to do yourselves proud, and above all, stay a platoon.

Thank you for 2009, Part Cs. ♥ Time for us to really go, time for you to really become Part Ds, specialists, sec fours. It's your show now.

F-locked in ten days.

:)
I have just one thing to say:

I PASSED. My basic driving theory test!

Hahaha. Not that I studied that hard for it.

And it's not as if this is the Final test or the practical or whatever that's worth such random happiness.

But STILL. I'm almost one step closer to... transport independence! Or whatchamacallit. Heh.

And they say giving's just as good as taking so post your own threads and let me love on you as creepily as I want under the nice, comfortable blanket of anonymity ♥ We all deserve it for ninja-ing through another year.
